THE ART & SCIENCE OF BEING ME
Learn to live in balance with the natural world at one of a select group of wellness retreats at Aldermarsh, situated on the edge of Maxwelton Valley at the south end of Whidbey Island. The mission of Aldermarsh, a 501c3 nonprofit, is to “create and hold sacred space” for individuals seeking refuge and a “place where one can be still and listen to the wisdom of the Earth”.
The wooded 5 acre facility is located near an array of stunning beaches and wildlands, providing unique habitat to endangered species from the marbled murrelet to the western toad. Ocean marine life include orca, gray and humpback whales, sea lions, sea otters and harbor seals .
Programs and retreats are hosted for individuals, groups, and organizations. Specialty Retreats include writing, meditation, yoga, movement, native and edible plant wisdom, and more.
